Callaway Mens FT-9 Golf Driver

The
new Callaway FT-9 Driver has been created by Callaway Engineers using
the latest evolution in Fusion Technology, and has been designed
specifically for the serious shot makers out there and offers a
combination of distance, versatility and control.
Made up of a Titanium cup face and carbon composite body, which enables
the center of gravity to be perfectly positioned in order to maximize
stability, the FT-9 Driver will provide you with longer, straighter and
more precise drives than ever before.
The Fusion Design and new Hyperbolic Face Technology, helps to increase
overall ball speeds across the entire clubface, which enables golfers
to be more adventurous with their shot making.
However, the most exciting addition to the Callaway FT-9 Driver is the
OptiFit weighting system. This gives golfers a choice of 2 center of
gravity locations depending on your natural swing type. When you
combine all of these features together in the FT-9 Driver you
are left with a club that enables you to hit fades, draws, and long
penetrating drives. |
The purpose of the carbon composite material used in the body of this
Callaway Golf Driver is to reposition the weight into areas of the
clubhead that it is most required, so that it optimizes the MOI and
center of gravity. Callaway use a tool which is shaped like the body of
the FT-9 Driver to mould the carbon composite material, and then add
weights to build club heads which favor either a draw, neutral or fade
position, and finally heat the materials to fuse them
together.
This creates a clubhead with a strongly weighted perimeter and one that
will maximize distance and accuracy off of the tee. The main
purpose of the hyperbolic face technology is to increase golf ball
speeds across the entire clubface. By using a special chemical acid
reduction process Callaway are able to remove all of the unwanted
material on the cup face to create varying precision thickness which
dramatically increases the sweet spot and improves impact efficiency.
With a much larger sweet spot, the Callaway FT-9 Golf Driver enables to
generate much higher ball speeds across the entire club face. This in
turn will give you significant gains in length from those off-center
hits, and less disparity in distance between the balls you hit out of
the center and the balls you don't. The new OptiFit Weighting
technology allows golfers to customize their drivers by setting the
center of gravity locations in either the 'draw' or 'neutral' position.
The 'draw' position helps to promote a draw shape of shot and will
reduce the effects of a slice or fade, if that's what you suffer from,
and the 'neutral' position offers maximum workability. Callaway have
also positioned the web weighting on the exterior of the clubhead,
giving you the opportunity to position the weights so that the match up
with your swing type, which will result in longer and more accurate
drives with every swing you make with the FT-9 Driver.

RAZR Hawk Golf Driver Review |
If pure power, accuracy and ultimate forgiveness are traits that you're
searching for in a driver, then you will definitely want to get your
hands on the brand new Callaway RAZR Hawk Driver! This beast utilizes
Callaway's most advanced technological enhancements and is going to be
one of the best drivers for 2011.
One of the main features of the Callaway RAZR Hawk Driver is that it
uses a brand new revolutionary material called forged composite. This
new material is one-third the density of Titanium and features a
greater load carrying capacity per unit mass in bending, making it a
much lighter and stronger material than Titanium.

Diablo Octane Golf Driver Review |
The new Callaway Diablo Octane Driver is an absolute gem which
utilizes a brand new class of material called forged composite, that
they have co-developed with technological partners Lamborghini. This
new forged composite material is said to be the lightest, strongest and
most precise material that Callaway have ever used.
This new
material contains up to 10 million turbostratic carbon fibers that make
up 33% of the overall clubhead mass. This allows Callaway engineers to
design a clubhead that has a more precise moment of inertia and center
of gravity than ever before, and will beat any all-titanium driver
hands down for power and distance!

Diablo Edge Golf Driver |
The Callaway Diablo Edge Driver has a special 4 piece construction
design that accurately fuses together the main components of the cup
face. This design gives the clubhead a deeper center of gravity and a
higher moment of inertia, which provides a smoother
more
balanced golf swing and a longer penetrating ball flight.
Callaway
have also increased the effective hitting area (sweet spot) on
the Diablo Edge Driver, by using a special chemically milled
hyperbolic acid reduction process on the face cup. This process enables
Callaway to accurately distribute the weight across the clubface by
varying its thickness in the required places.

FT-9 Golf Driver |
The Callaway FT-9 Driver has a Titanium cup face and a carbon
composite body, which enables the center of gravity to be perfectly
positioned. This offers you a combination of distance, versatility and
control, and provides you with the ability to hit longer, straighter
and more precise shots, even with those miss hit
drives.
The most exciting addition to the
FT-9 Driver is the OptiFit weighting system. This gives golfers a
choice of 2 center of gravity locations depending on your natural swing
type. When you combine all of these features together in the FT-9
Driver you are left with a club that can hit fades, draws, and long
penetrating drives.
